Air conditioned and new-fashioned rooms, I had very very good experience.

i enjoyed the hotel, it's comfortable and the location is beautiful next to bike path. the staff were genuinely helpful and helped me with private parking. location: the property was just off the lake and the village and the casino. besides, zamzam well was 2 km away from the property. everything was simply great.

The hotel is conveniently located by a beautiful lake at the edge of the village, with a distance of just 3 km from Abraj al Bait Mall Towers.

The location is excellent, very quiet, next to a lake (swimming possible). Very nice with small children. Baby beds, seats, cods, games, etc. available. We stayed at the hotel on our way back home, but it was almost a pitty we could'nt stay longer.

Baby bed was not available.

It was fairly clean and the staff were kind, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was exceptionally nice and perfect, with a private bathroom🙂

We loved the beautiful lake view from our room, perfect for our dog to enjoy. The location is great for walks and the spa. The hotel was simple, but had everything we needed. The breakfast was ready early, which worked well for our early departure. The staff were excellent and helpful.

This hotel is situated in a peaceful setting, right on the edge of a lovely lake. The views are simply stunning, especially if you get a room overlooking the lake. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service, always with a smile. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. And the breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of choices to satisfy all tastes.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

We recently stayed at a hotel by the lake in an ideal location to explore the nearby medieval area on foot. the room was clean and comfortable, with a separate toilet from the shower. the staff were friendly and provided great service, including facilities for cyclists and a lovely breakfast with fresh fruit salad. We enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful lake view from the terrace.

The wifi signal wasn't strong enough to play small games on our ipad.

The guest rooms at Ibis Styles Bourbon Lancy are awesome! They have a flat-screen TV with video games and a computer connection, which is so cool. The room is really quiet because it's soundproofed, and there's a nice desk to sit and do some work. Plus, the private bathroom has a shower and even a hairdryer! As a techie traveler, I absolutely loved all these features.

Okay, so the only thing I didn't love is that the bathroom only has a shower. But hey, that's just me.
